That's fine for designing a title and saving it as a title project, but the paid OFX Title Studio version is needed to use that title project in Vegas Pro because Title Studio standalone does not export a title as media (e.g. There was a forum post not all that long ago where the Vegas Pro purchaser got a free BorisFX Title Studio standalone program. I'm not sure what's going on with some of these free standalone packages. In any event, from BorisFX's compatibility webpage - shows Sapphire Builder as only being compatible with Adobe, Avid and Resolve. If it is a standalone program, then by that very definition it works as, well, a standalone program and not as a plugin.
